Maintenance Manager | Golar LNG

Golar LNG is hiring a Maintenance Manager to support the pre-operations phase of our new FLNG project. This role is central to preparing the asset for safe and reliable operations, with the aim of transitioning into the permanent Maintenance Manager role once the asset is operational.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement the maintenance plan for the new FLNG unit.

• Support in the set up and manage the CMMS and maintenance routines.

• Plan for commissioning, handover, and early-stage asset integrity.

• Define spare parts, consumables, and critical equipment needs.

• Ensure compliance with Class, Flag, and regulatory requirements.

• Work with offshore and technical teams to build maintenance readiness.

• Support R&M budget planning and cost tracking

• Monitor, record and report repair & maintenance parameters according to agreed performance indicators.

• Proactively analyze technical standard in a life-cycle perspective

Who are we looking for:

• Degree in engineering or similar technical field

• At least 5+ years’ experience in maritime or offshore oil & gas.

• Experience in maintenance planning, preferably during project or commissioning phases.

• Familiar with Class, Flag, and offshore compliance standards.

• Fluent in English, with strong coordination and communication skills.
