Would you like to use your experience within marketing and leadership to make a positive impact on the climate? We are now looking for a VP Marketing where you will have overall responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s global marketing strategy. You will lead and scale a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, content, digital, brand, and communications—while driving the strategic use of AI to enhance team efficiency, output quality, and overall impact.

Glint Solar has, since 2020, been working to accelerate the adoption of solar energy. Today our software is used in 35+ countries to identify and evaluate the most suitable locations for both solar and energy storage projects. The position of VP Marketing
The role encompasses full ownership of the global marketing function, including but not limited to, demand generation, brand positioning, content strategy, and product marketing. The VP of Marketing is expected to operate both strategically and operationally, ensuring that marketing initiatives effectively support the company’s commercial objectives.
While being accountable for building and leading a high-performing marketing organization, the VP Marketing will be aligning marketing activities with company goals and contributing to long-term revenue growth.
Selection Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand, retention, and revenue growth across all stages of the funnel.
Own demand generation and pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, including SEO, paid media, email, ABM, and events.
Lead and manage marketing efforts for expansion into new geographies, adapting strategies and messaging to resonate with local markets, regulations and customer needs.
Oversee performance tracking, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring marketing-sourced pipeline targets are met and hand-offs between teams are optimized.
Elevate Glint Solar’s brand as a leading solar and storage software by strengthening market positioning, leading communications/PR, and entering new markets with clear messaging and competitive differentiation.
The VP of Marketing will be in the extended leadership group.
Who are we looking for?
This role requires strong analytical and creative capabilities, combined with a highly collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is structured yet adaptable, able to maintain strategic perspective while also operating hands-on. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external audiences.
We are open to a variety of backgrounds, but we have some experience and knowledge that is essential. This includes 7 years + experience from marketing in B2B SaaS, in which a minimum of 3 years comes from a leadership role or function. We also require that you have experience with multi-country marketing and that you have previously been a part of a scale-up journey within technology.
