Role Summary

• Maintain and further develop our Workshop

• Perform and manage work according to Enhanced Drilling & Client`s safety & operational expectations

• Plan work activities

Area of responsebility

• The Workshop Manager will have manager responsibility for all personnel within the workshop department.

• The Workshop Manager shall maintain and keep operational assets to set quality and standard by EDR.

• Responsible for planning of workshop activities to meet requirement from Operation.

• Responsible to adapt current and new procedures and work instructions to bring the Workshop and yard to a global standard and contribute for continuously improvement of all defined areas

• Ensure reported Synergi`s, with outcome actions related to workshop and belonging equipment, gets implemented.

• Responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are handled, followed through, and developed in line with Enhanced Drilling standard.

• Responsible for continuous improvement, cost optimization projects in addition to provide budget for workshop related P&L and to secure that goals and requirements of Enhanced Drilling Policies, Standards and expectations are known and achieved.

Competence

Education  

• Certificate of apprenticeship as Mechanic or Electrician or other relevant education

Experience/Skills

• Mechanical/Electrical workshop experience

• Experience as leader with direct report, preferrable within oil service, offshore operation or Subsea technology.

• Good work attitude, positive attitude and energy
