Join Endor's dynamic team as we build the first 360° well-being system. You'll provide essential operational support while gaining valuable startup experience in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

We're seeking a smart, well-organized, and fast-learning individual who is enthusiastic and proactive, thrives in collaborative settings, and wants to contribute meaningfully to our day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with our team of developers, medical advisors, and management, gaining exposure to all aspects of startup operations while making a real impact.

• Administrative Operations: Handle daily tasks including mail management, correspondence, and office organization

• Data Management: Perform data entry and maintenance in Excel/Google Sheets, plus upload files for developers to import into our app

• E-commerce Development: Build and manage our Shopify webshop from setup to ongoing maintenance

• Content & Marketing Support: Assist with content production and coordinate social media initiatives

• Vendor Relations: Coordinate merchandise purchasing and sales, managing vendor relationships and inventory

• Financial Administration: Send receipts and handle financial documentation on behalf of the company for accounting purposes

• Office Management: Organize workspace and maintain stock and supplies inventory

• Event Coordination: Assist with event planning and office coordination

• Project Support: Take initiative on various operational projects and provide research and documentation support

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment while adapting to evolving startup needs

• High work capacity with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

• Proactive attitude with strong initiative-taking abilities

• Reliable team player who can step up when needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and general computer skills
