What does the job involve?

As an installer at Indunor, you will be part of a fixed team of three persons. Together, you will carry out projects in the greater Oslo region. Typical project duration is 5-10 days. You will work indoors, installing high-quality system interiors in commercial spaces.

Your tasks will include:

• Mounting and installing system walls, glass walls, doors, ceilings, and window elements indoors
• Reading and following technical drawings and plans with precision
• Working with hand tools and lifting equipment
• Collaborating closely with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Keeping the work area clean and organized

You will receive structured training and rotate across teams during your first period with us to build a solid understanding of our methods and standards.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for people who:

• Have at least 3 years of experience from construction work - preferably indoors
• Have worked with glass, system partitions, ceilings, facades, or aluminum installations
• Hold a valid driver's license (Class B)
• Are confident working in English (Polish, Russian, or Lithuanian are also a plus)

Have leadership experience? We are also hiring team leaders across our installation areas
