We're looking for someone who lives and breathes sales and market plans. Someone with solid professional experience who will drive the Instech Solutions brand forward internationally, including its sales strategy and processes, to the marine, offshore, and renewable energy insurance markets.
This is your chance to embark on an exciting career journey with our dynamic team during a thrilling time for our company. You’ll handle such diverse tasks as market analyses, customer interactions, sales meetings, contract negotiations, as well as onboarding. You’ll also gather insights on market trends, working closely with stakeholders and the Instech Solutions team to evolve our products.
This role offers a real opportunity to make an impact on our business growth, as well as the chance to work at the forefront of technological advancements in the insurance sector.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate possesses a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree and has experience in Sales & Marketing of B2B software solutions. A positive attitude, eagerness to deliver, learn and share are essential qualities. Fluency in both Norwegian and English, along with the ability to communicate effectively – especially when it comes to activities such as holding engaging presentations - is required.
We operate in a specialised market, where Sales requires deep system and domain knowledge – so you should be comfortable immersing yourself in the type of digital solutions we provide and the possibilities they create. Don’t worry if you’re not a marine insurance expert as we’ll give you the support and the time needed to learn and grow!
We’re a pretty diverse bunch at Instech Solutions, with team members from numerous nations, both in-house employees and dedicated consultants.
