Mowi Nutrition is part of the Mowi Group, the worlds largest produces of Atlantic Salmon. Mowi Nutrition is a global unit in the value chain using all of the rest raw material from the salmon. Our main products are salmon oil and salmon meal, which are sold in a global market for food, aqua feed, and pet food. We currently have production facilities in Norway and Poland

Due to our continued growth, we have created a new role: Supply Chain Manager.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the whole Supply Chain department along with Customer Service and Logistics business area. This person will be responsible for building up the structure of the department, managing the Customer Service and Logistics Team and leading the claim and logistics processes in Mowi Nutrition.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, drives results, collaborates effectively with others, and openly shares knowledge and experience. A positive, solution-oriented mindset is key to succeeding in this role.

Key responsebilities

• Achieving speed, flexibility, and efficiency in the supply chain process

• Identifying potential risks, addressing operational issues, and implementing proactive measures to avert their recurrence

• Supervising the implementation of delivery schedules to guarantee fast and safe delivery of the goods

• Leading improvements projects in Supply Chain area

• Cooperating with other departments to increase the efficiency of processes and address identified problems.

We are looking for:  

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, or related field. 

• Experience in supply chain, ideally as a supply chain manager, and background in logistics, planning or customer service will be an advantage.

• Experience in forecasting, planning, and optimization

• Ability to execute and transfer strategy into plans and actions.

• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Fluent knowledge of English
