Location: Stavanger
Duration: Asap - until 31.12.2025, with possible extension of contract

Perform review and familiarization of contract documents and Clients LCI requirements
Ensure a timely and co-ordinated execution of the identified LCI activities
Monitor performance of LCI work in project organization
Assist PE in BCM and LCI kick-off with suppliers
Verify supplier document requirement list and supplier document list
Assist in verification of suppliers final documentation
Verify LCI handover prior to Ready for Commissioning/Ready for Operation (RFC/RFO)
Ensure correct transfers to Client databases
Provide reporting of LCI progress against LCI milestones (RFC/RFO)
Verify Final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client.
Follow up technical clarifications
Data Quality, check, assist and guide the discipline

Experience - Min. 2 years in the oil and gas industry
A good technical understanding is an advantage for comprehending complex technical documents and issues.
Experience with document control systems and processes is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the principles and processes of Life Cycle Information (LCI) is desirable.
Language skills: Good English and Norwegian proficiency, both written and spoken, is often necessary in international projects.
Accurate and has a structured approach to tasks and documentation.
Works well in a team and across different disciplines to ensure a holistic LCI process.
