Pio is now looking for an Operations & Support Associate to join our team to support our growing customer base who are embracing game-changing automation in their warehouses.
As our Operations & Support Associate, you will play an important part in supporting Pio customers as well as helping shape Pio Operations into a scalable support solution that can match the significant growth we expect in warehouse automation. You will have an impact in refining our first line support solution and in creating a system to ensure superior customer care. Our customers are currently situated in the Nordics, the UK and the USA and we have ambitious plans to grow across several world regions. This role will be within the small and effective Pio Deployment & Operations team and will be primarily focused on supporting growth in the European market.

We believe our Operations & Support Associate is a self-motivated professional with a diverse skillset honed through hands-on experience. You have a good technical and mechanical foundation with the ability to quickly troubleshoot both software and hardware, all while maintaining supportive and high quality customer dialogue as you find solutions. You thrive on solving both simple and complex issues, and meet the following requirements
What specific skills and experience should you have?
Customer experience focused with strong service mindset
Driven by providing quality support and being challenged by your work
Adaptable and flexible to provide both software and hardware support within SLAs
Adept with basic IT/networking skills and safe use of mechanical tools
Respond quickly to unforeseen issues with a flexible, ‘customer first’ approach
Excellent written communication skills with experience in Technical English
Fluent English. Fluency or competency in another European Language beneficial
Experience with international customer support and ability to adapt dialogue to different cultures and ways of working
A great multitasker with the ability to maintain multiple customer dialogues in parallel
Strong team player and with proven ability to work seamlessly across multiple departments
Flexible in relation to travel to customer sites to resolve hardware support tickets
Location for this role is in our offices in Stavanger, Norway.
The position is predominantly office based in the Autostore/Pio office in Stavanger but will involve scheduled as well as short notice travel assignments in the Nordics and Europe. For this role we estimate up to 30% travel
