Job DescriptionIf you have experience with SharePoint and other collaboration tools and would like to be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for global use in Statkraft, this is the role for you! About the role
As Solution Architect for SharePoint you are responsible for the architecture and management of SharePoint in Statkraft. This includes supporting our users in the way of work with SharePoint, coordinating development of new functionality and creating and following up the roadmap for SharePoint in Statkraft.
You will be part of a team of internal and external subject matter experts, developers, and architects – delivering application management, implementation activities, advice and support to the business units. You will also work closely with the different projects, contributing to innovation and digital collaboration.
Your role and main responsibilities:
Develop and adapt architecture, solutions, products and services to ensure a predictable and sound platform for collaboration that meets business needs
Drive the architecture for SharePoint ensuring the right solutions are delivered to meet customer needs, Total Cost of Ownership and compliance
Capture and translate business requirements to actions and deliveries
Work with vendors and the vendor market to identify (and adapt) new solutions
Reporting on Microsoft 365 usage
About the team
The Collaboration & Content Solutions team ensures deliveries of global solutions and services based on a standard set of tools that are utilized globally across Statkraft’s Business Units Statkraft is working continuously with improving our existing processes and tools through several projects and initiatives. Their common goal is to make sure we meet current and future needs for secure management of information, collaboration and communication.
QualificationsAbout you:
Knowledge about scripting tools preferably with PowerShell
Experience with SharePoint and related processes
Ability to design and adapt solutions to customer needs
Customer and service-minded, and good collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, including capability to clearly articulate thoughts, be persuasive, and communicate well with all levels of management
Experience from equivalent role
The Solution Architect works with all kinds of roles in the company to provide expert advice and counsel to users, management, and IT project teams. Our ideal candidate is a people person and a technical expert within Microsoft 365.
