Innovation Manager (temporary position)

We are now looking for a dedicated and proactive Innovation Manager to temporarily join our Sustainable Materials platform — a role that will be central in shaping the way we deliver value to our customers through smarter, more sustainable solutions.
This is a temporary position (maternity leave cover) until september next year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and commercialize innovative customer offerings, including increased recycling rates and traceability in waste streams
• Identify key customer needs and pain points, especially related to governance and compliance
• Create and iterate on digital solutions such as customer data portals for volume, sustainability, and financial insights
• Evaluate and analyse waste streams and propose innovative recycling pathways
• Analyze customer insights and regulatory developments to drive innovation decisions
• Participate in group-wide and platform-specific projects focused on innovation
• Support internal and external ESG communication, showcasing our impact and offerings
• Lead and coordinate projects across teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in innovation, business development, or project management focused roles
• Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities and guide them through execution
• Strong communication skills — you’re equally comfortable engaging with C-level executives and frontline staff
• Solid project management skills and stakeholder coordination experience
• Higher education in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, innovation, sustainability, business)
