About the job

As the Managing Director for the Nordic region you will be heading up 14 parks across 4 countries with majority of the parks based in Norway. You will have a small central team with Marketing, HR and Maintenance as well as one Regional Manager for each country. Keeping our guests happy and safe as well as develop and motivate your closest team and your Park Managers will be a big part of the job through direct and distance leadership. You have full P&L responsibility for your region and will be involved in both refurbishments and new openings within your region. You have a seat in the Group Leadership Team and will be part of both strategic and operational decisions regarding the company’s future. And together with your regional leadership team take strategy into execution for your region. Preferrable you are based in the Nordic region, that job in general will require a lot of travelling.

• Create results together with your team through driving revenue activities and manage cost control.
• Participate in strategic and operational development for your region and the company.

Who are we looking for?

• A person with leadership experience from both direct and distance leadership and has a track record from creating great results together with its team in a multi-site environment.
• A person that focuses on its team, guest experience and reaching targets together.
• A strong communicator as well as managing financial terms and has an analytical skill set.
• You should be a person that enjoys solving problems and acting fast when needed, enjoy responsibility and that is not afraid of making decisions.
