Electrolux Professional Norway is experiencing strong growth, and we now face an exciting opportunity in a newly created position as Nordic Key Account Manager - Semi Professional Products for Business Area Laundry. We are looking for an engaged and skilled person who can take our semi-professional products to a new level. As Nordic Key Account Manager - Semi Professional Products, you will play a central role in the Nordics and be responsible for our Nordic cross border accounts. We are looking for a person who is proactive, independent, and values collaboration with others to achieve results, and who preferably has experience with retail and B2B at an international level. You like to set high standards for yourself and others. You have the ability to build strong and long-term customer relationships, and create trust and credibility. At the same time, it is important to have a structured approach to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
This position is ideal for you who want to take an active role in influencing and leading our international customers within retail and B2B. It is an advantage to be residing in or outside the Oslo region with the main base at the headquarters in Vækerø Næringspark, with opportunities for partial home office. Your primary work and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for the sale of our semi-professional products in the Nordics, as part of Business Area Laundry in Norway.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals, including existing Nordic retail customers, as well as establish new potential sales channels.
Secure sales activities both with our dealers and customers online stores, so that we can secure good market shares in the semi-professional market.
Provide training and sales training to our dealers to build competence.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies in the short and long term, as well as set goals and have clear ambitions to ensure sustainable growth.
Collaborate with others in the sales team both in Norway and with key individuals in the Nordics, such as Customer Care, Sales Support, and the Marketing Department.
Effective use of Salesforce for accurate reporting and analysis.
Good skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written, are required.
Some travel and overnight stays must be expected.
You will have your own budget and defined KPIs for the position.
The position reports to the Country Manager Norway, Business Area Laundry, where monthly sales activities, goal achievement, and progress towards the budget will be identified and presented.
Qualifications and characteristics:
The position requires necessary experience (minimum 5 years or more) in sales or other relevant experience. Industry experience within SMB, B2B, and retail is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on the customer.
Experience with the use of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and other IT tools such as Microsoft Office is an advantage.
