Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven growth? We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid digital campaigns across key channels like Google Ads, Display, and Social. In this high-impact role, you'll take ownership of performance marketing strategies that fuel both product and commercial success at Kongsberg Digital. You'll work cross-functionally with regional and global teams, applying your analytical expertise and hands-on experience to maximize ROI, drive high-intent traffic, and turn insights into measurable business growth.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have..

• 5+ years of experience executing end-to-end paid marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of campaign management and technical excellence.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

• You are data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and explaining reports using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives

• Previous experience with localization of ads, country-specific targeting/goals and campaigns

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.

• Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.

• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Please note that this role is based in our Lysaker office, a hybrid model model is offered with the expectation of being in the office 3 days a week.
