As VP of Strategic Workforce Planning, you will develop and drive implementation of a unified workforce planning strategy across BA Nordic (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland). This role is central to aligning talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring headcount and skills forecasting accuracy. Working closely with senior leaders, BUs, HR, Group L&D and TSS, you will be instrumental in providing insights and advice that is shaping a workforce that is agile, future-ready, and aligned with strategic priorities.
What you will be doing:
Develop and drive implementation of a harmonized workforce planning framework across the Nordics.
Align FTE and competency definitions to enable accurate workforce planning and reporting.
Lead strategic workforce forecasting, integrating short-term needs with long-term transformation.
Leverage workforce analytics and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
Work closely with HR, Finance, business leaders and TSS to drive a data-driven workforce strategy
Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify future skills and upskilling needs.
Ensure transparency in workforce reporting and optimize workforce allocation.
Who are we looking for?
We seek an experienced strategic leader with 8+ years of expertise in workforce planning and analytics. In this role, you will design and implement a harmonized framework across all business units, ensuring alignment with business needs. Defining standardized FTE and competency models will be essential for accurate planning and reporting.
Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be critical. You will provide predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and workforce trends to support HR, Finance, and business leaders. In close collaboration with Learning & Development, you will identify skill gaps and drive upskilling initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management will be key, as you will work closely with senior leaders to align workforce planning with financial forecasting and drive continuous improvements to strengthen our workforce strategy.
Although the role is positioned at VP level, we encourage experienced professionals with a strong passion for strategic workforce planning to apply.
