Imagine one day you're visiting a Norwegian fjord to investigate an intermittent issue with a 2-meter-tall robot that uses vacuum technology to moor ships. You'll discuss the problem with the ship's crew, investigate on-site, and work with global experts to resolve it. The next day, you might be implementing improvements to a ship-charging machine in the city center, ensuring it performs flawlessly under pressure. • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify causes of operating errors and provide timely, efficient maintenance and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relations: Build professional relationships through solution-oriented communication and service, offering both on-site and telephone support.
• Coordination: Work with engineering, project management, spare parts, and management teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Reporting: Provide detailed service and expense reports to the Service Manager and complete all required documentation promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Develop and maintain safe habits and report any health and safety concerns to the Service Manager.
• Parts Assistance: Help the parts department recommend spare parts to existing and new customers.
• Sales Contribution: Assist in achieving the company's service sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Norwegian
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
• Team player with resilience and adaptability
