Play a key role in shaping retail consumer experiences
We are looking for a driven sales representative with an interest in retail business and technology.
You will be working with sales of our leading omnichannel point of sales software Front Systems and focus on the SME market in Norway and Sweden. You will be part of a sales team, and the position is situated in the Oslo office, Norway.
You will start by managing a portfolio of smaller customers, with excellent opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time.
Retail & Wholesale serves 80 of the largest retail and wholesale companies in the Nordics and more than 10,000 stores in +20 countries within fashion/sports, specialist trade, grocery, convenience and building supply. In this role you will work with a leading omnichannel POS software empowering every store associate to deliver unified commerce experience and simplify for the consumer.
Front Systems is a leading omnichannel POS solution for fashion retail and sports, serving retailers across the Nordics, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Our system is compliant in over 20 countries, and we work closely with industry leaders to ensure our solution remains the best in the market.

Key responsibilities:
Drive SME sales in Norway and Sweden towards the fashion retail & sports sectors, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handover to Customer Success.
Build and maintain relationships with our SME partners.
Identify and target potential clients, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
Participate in marketing events and campaigns.
Sales administration.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, communicates clearly, and is eager to learn how to create win-win outcomes through dialogue and collaboration.

We believe you have:
A structured and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive your own sales process – with guidance and support.
A relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, economics – or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills in Swedish or Norwegian, and good proficiency in English.
No prior B2B sales experience is required, but an interest in sales and technology will be key to your success in this role.
Familiarity with basic sales tools such as Microsoft Office – experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement.
