Automation/Senior Engineer (BH-301743)

Contract period: 30.04.2025 - 01.03.2027
Location: Asker

Main Tasks:

• System Design, interface and follow up of Safety and Automation System (SAS) at FEED detail level

• Ensure implementation of Global SAS system design through modification work, new system design and contractual interfaces

• Technical responsible (PRE) for SAS package

• Coordination and follow-up SAS package technical deliveries, documentation, plans and solutions 

• Review of SAS technical package documentation

• Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers 

• Interface to other disciplines, contractors, suppliers and client 

• Offshore survey may be required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher

• Minimum 12 years’ experience from automation engineering in green field projects  

• Minimum 8 years’ Experience from automation and SAS system design, incl SAS/automation pacakge follow-up 

• Experience and thorough knowledge of automation design and networks according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC  

• Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English - both orally and in writing

• Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment 

• Ability to work independently as well as in team 

• Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements 

• Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others

• FSE-course, valid through the engagement

• Ex-course, valid through the engagement
