🚗 Licensee Manager – Norway | Avis Budget Group

Join Avis Budget Group as our Licensee Manager for Norway and take the lead in growing our brand presence and licensee network. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Network Norway, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of licensees, driving revenue, profit, and operational excellence across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of licensees across Norway

• Drive performance, revenue, and quality through strategic support to the licensee’s on their daily business

• Lead business development and commercial initiatives

• Ensure branding consistency and excellent customer service

• Monitor financial KPIs and operational standards

• Collaborate with internal teams and licensee partners
