Are you looking to further your career within administration?
Nemko Group AS is looking for a Certification Administrator to support our Certification team with essential administrative tasks. As our Certification Administration you will be an central part of our knowledgeable team of certification specialists. The position reports to the Certification Manager.
The main responsibilities of the post:
- Administrative support for surveillance programs under Nemko Group AS responsibility
- Maintenance of certification database records
- Maintenance of agreements with customers and subcontractors
- Provision of system data to support local business units
- Responsible for the filing and submission of administrative documentation
- Updating and maintenance of procedures related to the job function
- Case management and coordination of projects directly under department responsibility
- Keep updated in the actual fields of work and participate in seminars and additional training as needed
Qualifications and skills:
- Formal education from University or relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience in using Microsoft 365 and database tools
- Shall be able to multitask and prioritise using good time management skills
- Good written and oral skills in English and Norwegian
- Work well independently but also as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
