🎯 We’re looking for a Front End Mechanical Engineer who can:

• Thrive in the early stages of project development (a.k.a. the ‘fun part’)

• Tackle mechanical challenges hands-on and head-on

• Bring solid experience in static equipment and modification work

• Blend social skills with serious technical know-how

• Love supplier chats, collaborative problem-solving, and turning chaos into clarity

🛠️ What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Lead mechanical input for brownfield studies (yes, this is real engineering!)

• Dive deep into equipment assessments and identify scope of work fast

• Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across teams and suppliers

• Prepare budget inquiries and evaluate mechanical quotations like a pro

• Compile clear and structured study reports—your work will be read!

✅ What We Hope You Bring:

• MSc, BSc, Technical College, or comparable engineering background

• Experience with Front End studies in Norway’s oil & gas sector

• Cross-disciplinary mindset (mechanical brains, project savvy)

• Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken)

• You’re a hands-on, extroverted team player with sharp communication skills
