We are now looking for a Project Coordinator at our yard in Ågotnes.  

Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. Our foremost product is a self-developed and self-produced "Christmas tree" used in subsea projects worldwide. A "Christmas tree" is a collection of valves that maintains flow control in and out of the well, e.g., oil/gas production, or the injection of carbon for storage underground.

In this role, you will do: 

• Coordinate workload to and from workshop, act as single point of contact within area of responsibility

• Develop and release work preparation to workshop and offshore according to internal requirements

• Follow-up ongoing work in workshop and address actions to secure that the work is executed within delivery date

• Secure alignment and commitment to plan and ensure clear, mutual expectations within the workshop team and towards internal clients and suppliers

• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities on time according to project plans

• Support Project Lead on administrative tasks as required

• Continuous improve internal process methods to increase the productivity, efficiency and customer service

• Demonstrate HSSE and Quality mindset

We are looking for candidates who: 

• Bachelor’s degree within business management or technical subject. Long and relevant work experience may compensate for lack of degree

• Good customer relationship

• Commercial mindset

• Good understanding of relevant subsea products and services and ability to advice clients and colleagues on technical matters
