About this opportunity
Welcome to the Account Management BB team in Cash Management Customer Service, where we are dedicated to serve and work to enhance the daily Cash Management operational relationships with our Corporate customers in Business Banking.
We focus on solving our customer's daily operational cash management needs with the customer`s best interest in mind, ensuring excellent service in every interaction either via phone, email or meetings. Our aim is to continuously work to improve the way we operate and serve our customers.

Your experience and background:
- You have experience from Customers Service
- It is an advantage if you have experience within Cash Management, Transaction Banking, and/or Corporate Treasury
- Have a Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience working with corporate customers
- You have a strong track record of building relationships by being collaborative
- Are fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken (professional level)
- Have good knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
