We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer!

We are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join an outstanding team in Stavanger.

Job Description

• Perform tasks related to the processing plant environment within studies and detailed design

• Perform sizing of process equipment and pipelines

• Preparation of engineering drawings, process data sheets, and feature descriptions of process and auxiliary systems in the oil and gas industry

• Familiarity with process simulations of oil and gas

• Vendor Follow-up (technical clarifications and documentation)

• Participation in HAZOP and engineering reviews

• Engineering report writing skills

• Input to procedures and assistance for start-up of systems and equipment

• Quality check of discipline deliverables, coordination, and follow-up with the client

• Assist project management with time- and cost estimates

• Coordination of deliverables with other disciplines (project dependencies)

• Offshore field survey

Qualification Requirements

• Formal higher education degree in Process Engineering is preferred

• Good understanding of process technology, separations technology, gas compression, produced water systems, gas handling and conditioning, water treatment, membrane systems, energy optimization, and heat recovery

• Minimum 5 years’ experience from maintenance and modification projects in the Oil and Gas industry is essential

• Familiarity with international codes and standards

• Strong communication and cooperation skills

• Good Norwegian and English skills, spoken and written

• Structured and systematic approach

• Good analytic skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team, to be proactive, and focused on safety and project goals

• Solution-oriented and proactive concerning multidiscipline challenges
