There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for a Structural Work preparation who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing?

Structural Prefab- and Installation Jobcards.
Deliver job card with correct description, estimated budget and duration for fabrication and installation.
Preparation of material take-off and input to purchase.
Follow-up material status preferably.

We think you should have some of the following:

Do you have MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
Structural Work Preparation experience from the offshore business.
Relevant technical education and or relevant experience.
Ability to work independently in a hectic environment.
Experience from topside modification projects in the offshore industry, preferably from the North Sea.
Good knowledge in general computer technology and experience from structural design /construction is a benefit.
Available for work in Norway
Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
