Job Description:

• The current project set-up includes the role of a Commercial Site Assistance.
• Supporting the General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in administering site office relevant documentation, e.g. tracking of status list, filing contracts & correspondence, technical drawings and other documents
• Coordination with local subcontractors, day to day correspondences for their relevant contracts, supporting administrative issues such as planning for accommodation, car fleet or any other
• Check and approval of local subcontractors’ progress- and other invoices together with the Commercial Site Manager
• Supporting General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in managing local insurance cases, supporting site team in creating the relevant documentation (damage claim, report, pictures, etc.)
• Implementation of a local storage concept for site office relevant equipment and material (e.g. office material, PPE equipment, etc.)
• Supporting Project finances - Supporting the Commercial Site Manager in financial affairs, such as asset management, progress invoicing, forecasting
• Supporting Insurance cases & Compliance Standards - Support the General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in implementing processes and workflows to guarantee effective handling of insurance cases and fulfilment of any legal or labour law relevant matters
• Supporting project team - Cooperates closely with Site Office team - Supports Commercial Back Office team
