Description about project/department
The department is globally responsible for the supply and logistics of drilling and well operations. With employees primarily based in Norway, the department also operates local hubs worldwide, including Brazil and the UK. In Norway, the workforce is spread from Stavanger in the south to Harstad in the north, organized into two teams, West and North/South, according to their logistics sources.

Task and responsibilities

Coordinate equipment and personnel for drilling and well operations to ensure cost-effective and efficient processes for both domestic and international projects.
Serve as the liaison between our operations, suppliers, and internal services such as helicopter and base logistics.
Contribute to a fast-paced operational team in the Drilling & Well department.
Lead and participate in improvement projects and drive digitalization efforts.
