Project Manager - Offshore Services

As Project Manager Offshore Services you are responsible for a dedicated project portfolio, delivering services for TechnipFMC Subsea Systems. Our Offshore Services are organized in discipline-oriented Service Lines and you are responsible for the execution of all work and different customers within your dedicated project scope.
Your main responsibility will be preparation and execution of onshore & offshore operations performed by TechnipFMC and Subcontractors. You will also be a key contributor in further developing our service offerings, always chasing new business opportunities and customer success.
You will be a trusted leader of a multidiscipline project team, securing your results through great teamwork with a strong focus on HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

As Project Manager you are responsible for the project execution within your Project Team with responsibilities such as:
* The overall financials within the project, maximizing gross margin without compromising on HSE or Quality
* Proactively contribute to inbound sales and actively identify opportunities through Customer relations in collaboration with Business Development
* Further develop the services within the Service Lines through lean initiatives to optimize delivery for our customers
* Manage and motivate project team members
* Contribute to the overall deliveries within Offshore Services Department

* Strong commitment to HSE and Quality
* Relevant MSc degree or Bachelor Degree (relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education).
* Experience from technical/operational project management
* Commercial understanding and mindset
* Commitment to deliver through team collaboration
* A drive for continuously raising standards, are innovative and solution-oriented
* Excellent communication skills.
