We are looking for our next Team Assistant!

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Site Assistance to join our clients team and contribute to the success of an exiting project and future endeavors!

In this role, you will: 

• Assist the General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in managing site office documentation, including tracking status lists, filing contracts, technical drawings, and other pertinent documents.

• Coordinate with local subcontractors, handle day-to-day correspondences, and support administrative tasks such as accommodation and fleet planning.

• Review and approve progress and other invoices from local subcontractors in collaboration with the Commercial Site Manager.

• Support in managing local insurance cases and assist the site team in creating relevant documentation.

• Implement a local storage concept for site office equipment and material.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience in project finance and asset management.

• Familiarity with insurance cases and compliance standards.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and support commercial back-office operations.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
