poLight is looking for a Product data analyst to be a part of one the most exciting companies in Norway. We are on track to establish poLight as a key player within tunable optics, with applications areas in several markets both consumer related and professional. We are already supplying our tunable lens to smartphones, augmented reality glasses (AR), smartwatch, web camera, barcode reader, machine vision and more applications are to come.

Your role will be related to production data from our sub-suppliers worldwide. Typical tasks will be:

·        Design and generate reports for tracking/trending of yield metrics and production parameters.

·        Improve and document test data architecture.

·        Provide input for improvement of existing reporting tools/applications.

·        Participating in problem-solving, root-cause analysis and yield improvement

What you bring:

·        BSc or MSc Degree in science, engineering, or related technical field

·        2-5 years’ experience with manufacturing data analysis

·        Good knowledge in database/analysis/visualisation tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks)

·        Strong communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·        Flexibility to travel.
