Operations Manager Asset Integrity Management

Asset Integrity Management is Axess Group's largest department/entity with an estimated revenue for 2023 at around 175 MNOK. We have long term contracts with the biggest clients in the offshore industry and within the renewables industry. AIM have personnel in Molde, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger and Oslo.

• Budget, results, HSSEQC, department operation on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for excellent HSSEQC results
• Responsible for working towards satisfactory cost margin for all AIM work orders across clients.
• Coordinate AIM operations and make decisions based on contract, economy and market knowledge.
• Evaluate personnel need considering budget, market prospect and forecast
• Make sure that AIM projects are run with appropriate competence within the team, at the right cost at the right time.
• Overview of internal and external competence
• Personnel responsibility and make a personal development plan
• Contribute to a performance culture and facilitate a good working environment
• Part of AIM Management team
