The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to accelerate the energy transition through qualification and implementation of new technology.
• Work with specialized laboratory tests to optimize Equinor’s operation and develop technology for the future of energy.
• Participate in research projects all the way from idea, through laboratory testing and to implemented technology.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of instruments and small-scale process plants in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Contribute to high quality in analyzes and development of methods.
• Enjoy exciting workdays with a wide range of tasks and professional field s.

• A skilled laboratory worker (Fagbrev laboratorie) , additional chemistry/process competence would be an advantage.
• You enjoy practical laboratory work and have a curious and solution oriented mindset.
• You work well independently and collaborate well with others.
• You show initiative, you are flexible and adapt easily to changes.
• To ensure safe work in laboratories we need you to communicate fluently in Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) and English.
