This adjustable exercise bench with a weight stand and a barbell and manual set is a good choice for exercising in the comfort of your own home, and saves you from having to go to the gym.
The adjustable and upholstered bench can be attached at an angle or be horizontal. You can choose any position for your requirements. This bench is suitable for homes and offices with limited space as it can easily be stored vertically when not in use. The bench's robust steel construction ensures your safety during the exercises. The durable, cotton-padded pillow gives you the very best comfort.
The barbell and manual set have solid chrome-plated rods with quick-use spring collars (for barbells), non-slip knurled grip and knurled star screw caps (for manual bars) for secure attachment of weight plates. You can exercise without worrying about safety. The weight plates are made of a robust polyethylene exterior. They can be combined in different ways for different types of training.
