WORK DESCRIPTION
- Design and implement technical solutions related to Marlink’s global satellite products and services
- Manage and operate technical platforms and customer solutions. 3’rd line support
- Coordinate technical projects. Interact with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers
- Build and manage lab environments and carry out system and product tests. R&D
- Create and maintain documentation for solutions, infrastructure, and products
QUALIFICATIONS IN SOME OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS are required
- Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
- Experience with IP networks and solutions such as routers, switches, firewalls.
- Platform management systems and tools. Server administration and virtualization
- Experience with software development, scripting, automation, databases, webservices
- Knowledge of technologies such as voice solutions, LTE/4G/5G, WIFI and Satellite solutions
- Project management, documentation, specification
