Senior UI Designer

As part of our continued investment in our design culture, we’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our expanding, international and vibrant team. 

You will play a core role in an international and skillful cross-functional team - Collaborating with developers, designers, and managers to drive the commitment for a consistent and scalable product experience.

Your role will be to: 

• Build, enhance, and communicate design consistency with a focus on scalability, accelerated product development, and user experience
• Utilize and contribute to the design guidelines and library 
• Work with and develop alongside the other product designers to ensure UI patterns meet the product's evolving needs 
• Collaborate effectively between developers and designers, as well as other stakeholders in the company
• Contribute to the design culture internally by enhancing agile cross-team processes
• Validate and test design solutions

We imagine you will bring:

• Hands-on experience of at least 1-2 years, building digital products
• Knowledge of when and how to make pragmatic design decisions in product development, how to keep a strong overview, and keep focus on scalability 
• Confidence in being able to build strong working relationships with product development teams around implementation and delivery 
• The ability to identify, understand and connect solutions to people and technology 
• The ability to support and communicate your design choices using research and data 
• Experience using and the confidence to learn design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
