Senior Project Engineer

We are now seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to join the division Integrated Solutioons, which is responsible for product and technology development, supply chain operations and project delivery for all Kongsberg's Automation, Bridge Systems and Electro products and solutions. The position is central for our project deliveries and you will be part of the process from contract to hand-over to the customer. We are looking for someone who is interested in working with new technology in an innovative, hectic and demanding international environment.

In our department, SW Applications Offshore, you will deliver K-Chief 700 Automation projects for the Offshore market, this also includes international projects. You will be part of a team with highly skilled engineers with focus on delivering world class systems on time, cost and quality. We are now looking for a new member to the team. Key accountabilities

• In this role you will have software responsibilities in offshore project from start to finish
• You will prepare for and participate in IAT and FAT
• Participate in some commissioning activities including CAT
• Assist other departments with technical assistance when needed
• Contribute to develop our work process and Best Practice
• Some travel will be required when needed

Qualifications and experience

• Technical College graduate or higher Technical education
• Experience with Automation systems and/or knowledge about marine equipment and control systems
• Minimum 2 - 5 years work experience
• Good communication skills, fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian
