We have highly skilled, social and creative people working in our HSSE department. Wellbeing, communication and hard work is important to us and we work together as a team to deliver to our customers. We are now looking for an HSSE Engineer for a temporary position in Gulen.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, only candidates that are already located in Norway can be considered for this assignment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Preparing emergency response plans, bridging documents and HSSE instructions across involved companies
• Defining training requirements
• Establishing introduction course
• Coordinate the Principle Enterprise Responsibility for all involved companies
• Run HSSE meetings / forums, facilitate HAZID, HAZOP meetings
• Planning and preparing:
• Safe access over barge underneath crane boom
• Safe access into tower bottom section onshore
• Evacuation from concrete substructure
• Evacuation from floating wind turbine
• Personnel on board (POB) at floating wind turbine
• Safety site layout
• Safe routes on site
• Welfare facilities at barge and floating wind turbine
• Barrier plan
• Safe waiting/monitoring area at barge and/or external deck
• Permit to work system
• Project HSSE follow-up including management inspections, Safe Job Analysis, toolbox meetings,
• etc.
• HSSE administration in relation to Principal Enterprise Responsibility
• Provide advice and assistance to the other Companies that will be active at the Gulen yard

Skills and Levels Description:

• Bachelor within HSSE, or other education combined with experience in HSSE work
• Software Skills: Office programs
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language
