The role and key areas of responsibility: 

As a Project manager in Basefarm you will mainly work with customers and projects situated in Norway. The Project department mainly work with customer projects, where they establish new solutions within a wide range of technologies. Traditionally this would be on-prem solutions, but we see an increase in both Private & Public Cloud and hybrid solutions as well. You will be part of a highly competent team, that focus a lot on growth on both personal- and company level.

The key areas of responsibility as a Project Manager will be to plan, organize, manage, and follow the entire process from start to end. You will lead a team consisting of several resources from different areas sin Basefarm, and work to deliver results according to the customer contract and set KPI’s. As a Project Manager, it’s also expected that you have an additional focus on risk and cost management during the process. 

We are looking for a colleague that has strong people skills, and that’s comfortable leading in an organization with a flat structure. We consider ourselves team oriented, and want a colleague that share our mentality. 

For this position you should have:

• 3-5 years relevant experience within Project Management
• Proven track record of satisfying results within a project
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
• A situational-adapted leadership style
• A willingness to learn from, and share knowledge with others
• Preferably one or more certifications within Project management (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP or IPMA Level C certification)
• Preferably some experience with working within the IT industry
