We are a small, specialist distribution and service company based in Oslo but part of a larger European and Global company. We produce beautiful products, and deliver to our network of traditional customers across Norway

Our core business is supplying beautiful picture frame materials to the professional framing industry.

Our services include Distribution, cutting to size, assembly, and custom solutions.

Our small team includes six employees, including two sales reps out in the field.

We are now seeking a Workshop & Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and production operations.

Your Role - you make it how you want it!

• Oversee daily warehouse and workshop operations

• Lead and support a small team

• Handle inbound and outbound stock

• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and HSE compliance

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse/workshop management

• Hands-on, practical, self starting approach

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Fluent in Norwegian; English proficiency also a must.

• Forklift license and Microsoft Dynamics/Navision knowledge are a plus
