Trainee - Graduate Specialist Program Logistics

During the trainee program "Graduate Specialist Program Logistics, Focus on Digitalization & Automation", you will spend 24 months in various individually defined positions in Norway and abroad. The target position after the program is a challenging specialist or project task in logistics. This is how we build the foundation for a successful career together.

You have the ambition to further develop the digitalization within logistics at Bosch Rexroth. You are known for thinking outside the box and driving ideas forward. In addition, you bring the following with you:

• Master degree: With above-average results  
• Course of studies: Business informatics, Business Administration, industrial engineering, computer science or comparable courses of study
• Practical experience: challenging industrial internships or initial work experience in the area of logistics/supply chain, initial project experience in the area of digitalization and automation. Hands -on experience from logistics are also highly appreciated
• Mobility: preferably already first international experience
• Experience and know-how: knowledge of robotic process automation and data analytics is an advantage
• Soft skills: entrepreneurial thinking, genuine interest for logistics, goal and performance orientation, analytical thinking skills and high commitment
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of Norwegian and English
