HR Manager

HR Manager for TDW Offshore Services AS, based in Stavanger, Norway.

Mission:

Reporting to the HR Director of the Eastern Hemisphere, provide first class service to the internal customers by listening actively, offering solutions and executing flawlessly. Support the whole employee cycle, hire the right people and develop leadership capabilities. Implement HR initiatives that will enhance a high-performance culture & contribute to the company’s success.

Position Description:

·        You work closely with the Management Team, aligning the organization to company strategy, and developing new talent - our leaders of the future.

·        You understand the value of frequent communication between leaders and employees and endorse a culture of feedback and frequent performance discussions.

·        You are in close touch with leaders and employees and know how to support union negotiations, always seeking the best solutions for everyone involved. As Business Partner to the director, you understand your role in contributing to the company’s success.

Desired qualifications, experience, and knowledge:

·        University degree with minimum 8 years of experience in HR.

·        Expertise from HR partnering within a manufacturing and/or service company, with international experience is an advantage.

·        Good understanding of local labor laws and employment practices.

·        You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and thrive in a multi-cultured environment.

·        You have great organizational skills and the ability to manage different priorities. 

·        You have respect for confidentiality and discretion.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English and Norwegian, both verbally and written.
