We are now looking for an experienced Senior Planner/Planning Manager to strenghten our team and help us to #powerthechange.

What will you be doing?

Senior Planner:

• Provide high level technical expertise to ensure effective management of the whole planning process
• Maintenance of the project’s overall planning requirements
• Ensure all relevant project procedures are applied, as required
• Establishment and maintenance of overall project schedules for progress and man-hour expenditure
• Preparation and issue of all planning status and the impact of changes in the scope of work and provide recommendations to the project line management
• Contribute to planning reviews across the Aker Solutions network to assure compliance
• Participation in client presentations and meetings
• Update and maintain the company’s integrated management system, always ensuring system integrity

Planning Manager:

• Supervision of the project planning personnel, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of an efficient planning organization with adequate and proper planning and support resources
• Maintain project master plan which shall apply for all phases of the project
• Coordinate the application of the project’s WBS with the cost control function

• Minimum 5 years experience within planning or project execution within Oil & Gas onshore and offshore and/or renewables
• Knowledge from all project phases and extensive knowledge of working methods within industry and business
• Good collaborative skills, outgoing and good abilities to motivate, encourage and develop people
• Proactive and transparent attitude against team interaction and towards clients. Focusing on honesty, predictability and transparency in all aspects of work
• Committed keen eye on HSSE in projects, conscious of quality and integrity
• Fluent in Norwegian and English orally and written
