Sales Manager, Telia Towers Norway

By 1.1.2019, Telia was excited to finalize the full legal carve-out of the Towers asset into three local Tower Cos which has remained as part of the Telia country operations. Currently, our towers footprints are in Finland, Sweden and Norway with a total of 7300 assets.

As a natural step of growing and enhancing the core of our Norwegian business I, Siri Sjaastad, CEO of Telia Towers Norway, am looking for you who are ready to take on the challenge of developing our new operation together with me and my team! With our important infrastructure, we aim to be a strategic partner for all our customers and for them to deliver the best mobile network in the world.

As the Sales Manager your main responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

• Together with the management group develop the current business model and identify and grasp new business opportunities as well as introduce new products to increase the profitability by increasing turnover and efficiency
• Business planning in cooperation with Financial Manager
• Customer responsible
• Account management and customer relation management with existing larger customers
• Customer agreements, orders and customer information management
• Coordinate and follow up on invoicing responsibilities of the supporting resources from Telia Norway
• Develop processes and the way of working including support systems
• Partner management and dialogue with subcontractors within the responsible area

Your Experience:

• Relevant Bachelor and/or Masters degree
• Experience from similar roles with good results, preferably within Telecom
• Experience from managing teams and/or projects
• Telecommunication and specific colocation experience.
