About us

As Technical Manager at Rheinmetall Norway AS you will be part of a cross-disciplinary and innovative team with highly qualified colleagues to develop the next generation of products and systems for the defence sector. We believe all our Engineers to be the best, and you will be working with the latest technology within our field.

Main tasks and responsibilities

As a new team member, a range of exciting topics awaits you, such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, robotics, visual and infrared video technology or radar and laser technology. As a Technical Manager, you will take on the technical management for one or more projects, ensuring planning, execution and documentation. We title our technical managers System Engineering Managers and work according to well-known system engineering standards to secure highest precision and quality.

What Qualifications You Should Have

If you have a passion for innovation and modern leadership, preferably have a master's degree in engineering, a positive attitude and a good dose of business understanding, then you may be the person we are looking for.
