Sector Alarm keep’s on growing rapidly, and because of that we are searching for a talented, creative and detail-oriented Video and E-learning Designer, to a newly created position. In this position you will have the opportunity to produce and create material that will benefits other stakeholders in the organization. You will design and create videos and digital learning content. Do you have a strong passion for creativity, and want to carry out high quality content by designing visual assets such as videos and motion graphic? If so, we want to hear from you!

This is a temporary position for 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment in the end. The daily workplace is in Malaga, Fuengirola. For the right candidate a workplace in Oslo can be arranged. This position contains travel activities, most of all between Fuengirola and Oslo, so you must me flexible to travel, both locally and to other countries as well. This position reports to Group Training Academy Manager.

Main job responsibilities:

• Create and supporting video graphic, such as title graphics, lower birds and animations
• Shoot and edit video content for training purpose and internal communication
• Manipulate and edit video files into multiple deliveries
• Design and create motion graphics
• Be familiar with the corporate Learning Management System (LMS) to generate necessary reports
• Analyze customers materials (PDF, ppt, etc.) and create E-learning course scripts
• Develop new learning content and review existing eLearning training courses for updating and enhancement
• Consult with subject matter experts on learning objectives
• Support SWA for onboarding of new hires within the organization. HOW? Create digital content for better onboarding courses
• Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Your qualifications:

• 3 years of experience of video productions
• Bachelor’s degree in video/film is preferred
• Experience with digital content creation. You have experience and is familiar with professional cameras and other relevant equipment, and various HD and SD formats
• Essential knowledge in audio, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, and in addition post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design and video compression for multiple platforms
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working experience with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• Experience with other editing tools such as Camtaisa, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Lightworks, Avid Media Composer First is desirable
• Any type of digital content creation tools for instance Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Ispring Suite, Motimate, Easygenerator, Lectora, Adobe captivate is preferred
