Nets Merchant Services is a leading payment solutions provider in Northern Europe with a strong growth in Europe. Our services include payment terminals, card acquiring and e-commerce. Within LAKA Sales segment we are looking for a Service Account Manager to join our team, to be Single point of contact for a set of large customer accounts and have dedicated focus on delivering a great customer experience. Our colleague is on maternity leave and the opening is a temporary position, lasting until end of April 2022.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be: 

  • Single point of contact for customers that are of high value or potential for Nets
  • Function as the key contact escalation point for named customer regarding operational issues
  • Function as the internal coordinator connected to customer portfolio
  • Supporting role to the KAM in customer meetings
  • Nordic role for Nordic customers
  • Proactively drive operational improvements that will be beneficial for both customer/partner and Nets

  • Be flexible and open to constant change
  • Ability to co-operate across different business areas and at different levels 
  • Ability to keep many balls in the air at the same time
  • Native level of Norwegian language skills both verbally and in writing
  • Strong English skills both verbally and in writing
