We are looking for talented developers to join our development team in Amsterdam or Oslo. Part of the team focusses on our entitlement systems, where we have a fully integrated user administration and invoicing system. The focus of the role is to continuously develop and improve this system in order to give our customers the best experience. The applications are primarily written in C# with MS SQL database. We are currently undergoing a modernization of our systems and knowledge of modern web technology is beneficial. The team you will join is working cross location in Amsterdam and Oslo. We have other teams working with C++ and Delphi or Java and you will at times interact with these teams, so expect a lot of technological diversity at your workplace!
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Unify our various permissioning and entitlement systems onto one central platform to which all of our products and applications are connected
- Work on improving and extending our systems with new business needs coming throughout our organization
- Modernize the technology stack Work on cross-technology API's to support our development teams in integrating system relevant data
Since our products are within the financial industry some knowledge of the financial world is a bonus, although our developers are supported by our Finance experts! We believe that the right candidate is someone who helps their co-workers not because they must but because they want to.
Core competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (work experience can compensate for education)
- Strong programming skills, ideally with experience on the frontend and backend side
- Good skills in modern web technologies, C# and Microsoft SQL server
- Experience from accounting or the financial industry is a big plus
- Fluent written and oral skills in English and ideally in Dutch or a Nordic language
- Team player
