Mintra has an exciting opportunity for talented and dynamic e-Learning Content Developers to join our team. The Content group are a team of learning specialists who develop and maintain eLearning across our internal product portfolio and global customer base.

About the job:

Working as part of our Content Development team, you will be responsible for the creation of digital content. This role will involve working on the design and development of creative content, using a wide range software and innovative solutions. You will be part of a highly motivated team where you will be working with your colleagues to create, publish, edit and maintain a wide range of digital content.

Suitable candidates should have a graphical design background and possess relevant digital media skills.

This is a fixed term position for a period of 6-months, with the possibility of extension.

Competences for this role include:

o  Ability to work with different development tools, including but not limited to:

o  Storyline

o  Captivate

o  Adobe Creative Cloud

·      Translate written instruction to visual design

·      Demonstrate creative initiative and attention to detail

·      Strong design skills

·      Good project and time management skills

·      Good teamworking skills

·      Managing and prioritising workflows to ensure delivery on time and on budget

We’d like you to know:

·      Design and layout best practice

·      Effective application of brand guidelines

·      SCORM requirements

·      FLASH limitations / resolution of FLASH related issues

·      HTML5 capabilities

·      Different device and browser technologies and requirements for delivering online content

·      Effective project management approaches to enable in budget and on time deliverables

We’d like you to have:

·      Experience with learning development or training

·      Experience with a variety of different software tools

·      An understanding of the oil and gas or maritime industry

·      An exceptional eye for effective design

·      An enthusiastic attitude, with a solution focussed mindset
