Corporate department in DOF Subsea

The Corporate department in DOF Subsea consists of more than 30 well educated and highly motivated employees, resulting in a positive, innovative, and enthusiastic work environment. Typical work tasks include both close-working, project teams and independent, day-to-day business operations. The Corporate department works closely with more than 40 regional units around the globe, all which report to the Corporate department. Together we are setting the standard in the subsea industry.

Detailed description:

You will be situated at the Bergen headquarter of DOF Subsea, and a key member of the Business Process team.

The Business Process Team works closely with key internal stakeholders who have ownership to the core business processes on Finance, HR, Project costing and billing, performance and talent management. The Business Process Consultant will take part in daily operations and continuous improvement on our Unit4 ERP.

You will be involved on delivering projects to DOF organization within your responsibility area.

DOF use several Unit4 products, such as Unit4 ERP (UBW/Agresso), Unit4 FP&A (Prevero) and Unit4 Intuo (implementation in progress). DOF have a strategic relationship with Unit4 and we are in the forefront of Unit4 systems usage both in Norway and globally.

As a member of Business Process, you will be positioned to influence our systems usage and you will have the opportunity to acquire competence on miscellaneous applications and interfaces.

Requirements

  • MSc or equivalent within the subjects of Business and/or Computer Science.
  • 3-5 years professional experience preferred.
  • In depth knowledge to ERP with at least 2-5 years of extensive experience from ERP/HR systems preferably Unit4 ERP (Agresso/UBW).
  • It will be positive if you have system skills within Finance, HR, Logistics, Planner and Project modules, and competence on new Unit4 technologies such as Workspace, Widgets, KPIs, Forms, Information Browser, and APIs.
  • ERP project experience.
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • User focused and sensitive to various stakeholder needs.
  • Experience with complex problem solving and holistic analysis.
  • Experience with system design and development / configuration.
  • Experience from database querying and data warehouse.
  • Analytical and structured
  • Fluent English
  • It will be positive with experience from Finance and HR functions.

  • Team-player, able to work closely with people from other parts of the world, as well as our international team in Bergen.
