To support the strategy and enable the further growth, our Global Logistics organization is continuously working to explore ways to improve and increase efficiency in our operations. This require us to explore and implement new business models, improve current work processes, as well as implement new systems and emerging technologies. To increase the phase of this work we are now searching for a Project Manager to join our Projects & Development team. The Project Manager will be instrumental for ensuring efficient transition to World Class Logistics Operations.

Role Purpose:

Ensure efficient and professional project execution for Global Logistics’ wider project portfolio (e.g. systems & solutions implementation, digitalization / RPA / automation, PMI projects, process improvements, operating model development, innovation, control tower establishment, new business models, etc.)
Challenge and improve established work processes
Explore and implement new technologies and digital solutions to increase efficiency in Circle K’s fuel logistics operations
Ensure current systems and solutions portfolio is utilized optimally

Key Responsibilities include:

Project Management and Support
Scope, plan, execute and follow-up projects
Manage project resources and project timelines
Manage project risks
Master stakeholder management – coordinate across Global Logistics’ operations, Internal IT resources, external carriers, external consultants, JV partners, and more
Ensure continuous development of the way Global Fuel Logistics operates, by:
Analyzing, challenging and improving work processes
Ensuring current systems are set-up and utilized as intended
Exploring, identifying and implementing new technologies and digital solutions
Be a go-to resource / superuser for selected logistics systems & solutions (e.g. RPA solutions, planning systems, or others)

Your experience:

Experience from management consulting, and/or from large/complex organizations
3-8 years proven and progressive experience from projects / project management
Fluency in English, both written and oral
Systems and solutions skills is advantageous (e.g. PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Logistics Planning Systems, Transport Management Systems, RPA, Machine Learning technology, Track & Trace solutions, etc.)

Education:

MSc degree or equivalent within Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Economics or IT
